As long-term facilities management partners, Spatial were tasked with refreshing the reception and boardroom at Turner & Townsend’s Leeds HQ, a Grade II listed building dating back to 1575.
Working within tight heritage sensitivities, we designed and manufactured a bespoke reception desk featuring integrated lighting, illuminated branding, and walnut privacy panels that balanced modern functionality with traditional character.
The result was an impressive DDA-compliant entrance with improved workspace and visitor flow, without the need for structural change.
