Spatial delivered a full Cat A fit-out of KONE’s flagship European office in London. KONE, the global leader in elevators, escalators, and smart building solutions, required a workspace that balanced functionality, flexibility, and brand identity while meeting strict building regulations, sustainability standards, and health and safety protocols.

Our specialist design and build team managed the project from strip-out to handover. Works included new mechanical and electrical systems—HVAC, lighting, and digital infrastructure—alongside raised access flooring, suspended ceilings, and high-spec wall finishes.

With a design focused on natural light, efficiency, and adaptability for future Cat B enhancements, we worked closely with KONE’s stakeholders to create a space that reflected the company’s forward-thinking ethos. Delivered on a tight timeline and budget, the new office set a benchmark for commercial fit-outs in London.
