Renowned for its Victorian architecture, the Grand Hotel is a Brighton landmark. From renovating and replacing sash windows, to overseeing the internal café fit-out and remodelling works, the Spatial team has carried out extensive work on both the iconic external façade and hotel interior. Spatial operated within a floor-level programme on a live site, with minimal disruption and on-time delivery.
